How this section is put together
Swim bottoms here are sold by inseam the same way the gym shorts are. Women get 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 11 inch board shorts; men get 7 and 9 inch trunks, most with a compression liner rather than mesh.
A rash guard and a UPF tee are not the same garment. The rash guards are cut close so they do not balloon in water. The tees are loose and meant for the walk to the beach and the hours after.

Chlorine and salt left in the fibre are what kill the elastic, not the swimming. Cold tap water, straight after.
