Delivery
Shipping speed, cost and coverage depend on your address and show at checkout before you commit to anything. Most pieces ship from warehouses in the United States, and the checkout shows the delivery estimate for your postcode once you sign in.
Returns
Clothing is normally returnable within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, and many items qualify for free return shipping. Start the return from the orders page of the account you bought with.
Fit is the usual reason for a return. Two minutes with a tape measure against the size chart on the product page saves the trip to the drop-off point, especially with shorts, where the same nominal size covers a 28 inch waist in one model and a 32 inch waist in another.
Refunds
The refund goes back to the original payment method once the return is scanned or received, depending on the method you chose. The orders page shows where it stands, and it is always more current than an email to us.
